Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Think Neverland, LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates Tinker Tone. All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• No refunds will be issued for any reason
• No credits or exchanges will be provided
• Service access is provided immediately upon payment

Free Trial

Tinker Tone may offer a free trial period. We encourage you to fully evaluate the service during this period before committing to a paid subscription. No payment is required during the trial, and you will not be charged unless you explicitly upgrade to a paid plan.

Subscription Cancellations

If you have a Tinker Tone subscription:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation stops future billing cycles
• No prorated refunds are issued for the remaining period
• You retain access until the end of your current billing period
• Your data will be retained for 30 days after the billing period ends, then permanently deleted

Plan Changes

If you upgrade your plan, you will be charged the prorated difference immediately. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period. No refunds or credits are issued for downgrades.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details. For questions about a specific charge, please check your Stripe receipt or contact us.

Pre-Purchase Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase on Tinker Tone, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy. This policy is clearly disclosed before any transaction is completed.

Disputes

If you believe there has been an error with your purchase or have questions about a charge, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are happy to work with you to resolve any issues.
