Introduction

Think Neverland, LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates Tinker Tone. This Acceptable Use Policy outlines what is and is not permitted when using our AI-powered writing assistant, including our web application, Microsoft Outlook add-in, Microsoft Teams extension, and Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote add-ins.

Permitted Use

Tinker Tone is designed to help you:

• Rewrite and improve emails, documents, notes, presentations, and spreadsheet content
• Create and manage voice profiles for consistent communication
• Adjust tone, formality, and style of your written content
• Use AI assistance within Microsoft 365 applications
• Collaborate with team members on writing standards

Prohibited Activities

You may not use Tinker Tone to:

• Generate spam, phishing emails, or fraudulent communications
• Create content that impersonates another person or organization
• Produce hate speech, harassment, threats, or abusive content
• Generate illegal, defamatory, or obscene material
• Circumvent content filters or safety mechanisms
• Attempt to extract or reverse-engineer the underlying AI models
• Overload or disrupt the service through automated or bulk requests
• Share account credentials or API access with unauthorized users
• Use the service for competitive intelligence or to build a competing product
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Content Responsibilities

When using Tinker Tone, you are responsible for:

• Reviewing all AI-generated content before sending or publishing
• Ensuring your content does not infringe on third-party rights
• Not submitting content containing sensitive personal data of others without consent
• Complying with your organization's communication policies
• Verifying the accuracy of AI-generated content for critical communications

Microsoft 365 Integration Guidelines

When using Tinker Tone within Microsoft 365 applications:

• Only use the add-ins for their intended purpose
• Do not attempt to bypass Microsoft's security or permission models
• Comply with your organization's IT policies regarding add-ins
• Report any unexpected behavior or security concerns immediately

Usage Limits

Each plan has defined usage limits:

• Respect the rewrite limits of your subscription tier
• Do not attempt to circumvent usage limits through multiple accounts
• Automated or bulk usage beyond your plan's allocation is not permitted
• Contact us if you need higher limits for legitimate business use

Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action, including:

• Warning the account holder
• Temporarily suspending the account
• Permanently terminating the account without refund
• Reporting violations to law enforcement if applicable

Violations may result in immediate suspension without prior notice if they pose a risk to the platform, other users, or third parties.
